Cops released an image of the suspect, who has long black hair and was wearing a white shirt, skirt and sandals.
The suspect is believed to be a woman, but investigators have not ruled out the possibility that the teen was attacked by a man wearing women’s clothes, according to a law enforcement source.
The victim was behind the Austin St. home near 75th Ave. in Forest Hills when the suspect approached him and struck up a conversation around 9:34 p.m. on June 4, according to law enforcement.

It was as they were talking that the suspect sexually assaulted the teen, cops said.
The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens for treatment..
