Vernika Dunbar, 38, was equipped with an ankle monitor at an Oct. 21 court appearance and Judge David Krashna has allowed her to attend Paige’s funeral, according to court records. She’s also been ordered to turn over any firearms she owns and not possess them.
Dunbar has been allowed to leave home for employment or mental healthcare too, according to court records. Other than that, she’s been ordered to stay at her home in Berkeley.

Her death shocked relatives rattled the local community, who set up a tribute memorial at the shooting scene that grew bigger with each passing day. She
