BERKELEY — A man’s body was found in some bushes on the UC Berkeley campus Friday morning, authorities said.

His name has not been confirmed but officials said it does not appear he was affiliated with the university.
An autopsy will determine the exact cause of death. University police said there was no immediate indication of foul play.

He was found dead about 10:24 a.m. Friday by university staff in some bushes inside of the West Circle near Oxford Street. It was not immediately known how long he had been there before his body was found.
The bushes are near Weill Hall, where advanced biological research is conducted, officials said.
