OAKLAND — Police were searching Monday for a 10-year-old girl last seen Sunday evening in the area of her East Oakland home.

Police said the girl, Winter Tolliver, is considered at risk because of her age.
She was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of 94th Avenue. She was wearing a cheetah print bonnet, white tank top with blue flowers, and purple pants.
She is described as Black, about 4 feet 11 and 80 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Her family told police she was familiar with riding BART and has family in the East Bay.
