Service on Bay Area Rapid Transit’s Transbay Tube will be reduced on Sunday for lighting work, the agency said.

Officials said service in the Transbay Tube will be reduced from two tracks to one track to replace lights on the tube. The work is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, and Sunday, July 19, the agency said.
The work will take place the entire day on those Sundays, which will reduce BART’s normal service. The agency said trains will run every 30 minutes systemwide and only the Blue, Yellow and Orange lines will be in service. The Red and Green lines will not operate, officials said.

The agency said a Yellow Line shuttle train will run between San Francisco International Airport and Millbrae all day and passengers traveling beyond SFO must transfer.
Officials said BART’s Trip Planner will be updated to reflect the schedule changes and strongly encouraged riders to plan their trips in advance.
