The Los Angeles Queens rallied for a 7-6 victory over the San Francisco Firebells in Game 1 of the Women’s Professional Baseball League championship series in Springfield, Ill. on Wednesday night.
The Firebells took a 6-2 lead, keyed by Amanda Gianelloni’s second-inning grand slam, but Los Angeles rallied for the win as Caitlin Eynon (3-for-3, 2 RBIs) sparked the comeback.
Former Little League World Series star Mo’ne Davis had two hits and an RBI for Los Angeles. She was one of six Queens players to get at least two hits.

The Firebells’ Ela Day-Bedard had a pair of hits and scored a run.
