CAMPBELL — A six-building office complex in Campbell was bought for millions less than what its previous owner paid five years ago, documents filed on Sept. 4 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office show.

Vasona Technology Park, near the corner of Winchester Boulevard and East Hacienda Avenue, was acquired for $115 million by an affiliate of real estate firm Strada Investment Group, documents show.
Tenants include the Chargepoint corporate headquarters and Kaiser Permanente medical offices, according to public records. Biotech company Imperative Care and medical supply firm Creganna Medical also have offices in the complex.
Beverly Hills-based real estate firm Kennedy Wilson bought Vasona Technology Park in 2021 for $147.3 million.

The ownership group headed up by Strada Investment received a $78 million loan from MAM Collateral Agent at the time of the purchase, real estate documents show.
Strada’s notable real estate ventures include its role as development manager for the Chase Center in San Francisco and its $153.7 million purchase of the Star Harbor apartments complex on the Alameda shoreline.
