BATTERY: 4:27 p.m. at Safeway on Pollard Road. A caller said her son went to Safeway after school and another student started beating him up out in front of the store. The caller said that the other student’s mother drove him there to beat up her son.

GRAND THEFT: 6:44 a.m. at Bay Tree Apartments on Massol Avenue. Between 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday morning, two electric scooters were taken from outside the caller’s apartment. One scooter had an AirTag that showed it was in San Jose. The value of both scooters is approximately $1,100.
Aug. 28
AUTO BURGLARY: 5:21 a.m. on Cherrystone Drive. A caller said someone broke into their locked work truck. Some tools were taken, the glovebox was ransacked and the passenger window was smashed.
Aug. 29
GRAND THEFT: 10:29 a.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. The catalytic converter was stolen from a beige 2005 Toyota Camry.

PETTY THEFT: 5:24 p.m. at Safeway on Pollard Road. Someone stole $300 worth of body sprays and other items.
Aug. 30
BATTERY: 12:52 p.m. on Creekside Village Drive. A woman said her intoxicated daughter was destroying her home and threw things at her, striking her in the face. Her daughter was arrested on a misdemeanor.
