A man who was attacked last month in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district has died of his injuries, police said.
The man was the victim of an aggravated assault around 4 p.m. on July 24 in the 200 block of Jones Street. He was taken to a hospital, where he died on Tuesday, Aug. 4.

The investigation is now being led by the police department’s homicide division.
