OAKLAND — Three men were wounded Tuesday morning in a shooting in the Eastlake district, authorities said.

Two of the men, both 26, were in critical condition, authorities said. The third man, 41, was in stable condition.
The shooting, which prompted the activation of a gunshot detection alert system, happened about 4:34 a.m. in the 800 block of International Boulevard, a mostly commercial area.
According to initial police reports, a dispute that may have begun inside a business erupted into gunfire, leaving the three men wounded, including one of the 26-year-old men who was found inside the business. Police said he was not an employee. He was taken to a hospital from the scene by ambulance.
The other 26-year-old man got a ride from another person to a hospital.
The 41-year-old man was able to drive to his home in another part of Oakland where police were called. He was taken by ambulance from his home to a hospital.

Some parked vehicles were also hit by gunfire but no other injuries were reported.
Investigators were trying to determine a motive for the shooting and if any of the men knew each other. No arrests have been announced.
