Identity theft: A Saratoga resident said someone used their personal information to open a credit card account and then used the account to make fraudulent purchases totaling approximately $23,100.
Vehicle burglary: At 3:12 a.m., someone broke a window of a vehicle parked in the 13000 block of Quito Road and stole a cell phone and wallet for a loss valued at approximately $1,300.

Identity theft: Identity theft: A Saratoga resident said someone obtained a check mailed to them but never received, then cashed the check using the victim’s personal identifying information, for a loss valued at approximately $7,629.
