Hughes fled to a City Center station of Philadelphia\u2019s rail system, according to the department.<\/p>\n<p>A warrant for Hughes\u2019 arrest is active, police said. Jason Smith told a local news outlet.<\/p>\n<p>The Police Department is working with the U.S. Marshals to try to find Hughes.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The department had previously released images and video of the suspect wearing a white mask, a blue backpack and black clothing to try to identify the man.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a92026 Los Angeles Times.
