The charges were filed last March, and Casas-Tapia was sent a notice to appear in court, but things didn\u2019t progress from there until just recently, according to court records. After months of waiting, Casas-Tapia is set to have his first court appearance next week, on Aug. 24, records show.<\/p>\n<p>The allegations date back to last December, when a woman who works at the farm discovered a hidden camera in the restroom, authorities said. She wrapped it in a towel and called the Contra Costa Sheriff\u2019s office. They say the video clearly showed his face as he adjusted it and and placed it toward the toilet, on both Dec. 18 and 19.<\/p>\n<p>Other employees told police they were creeped out by Casas-Tapia. It is unclear when he began working at Frog Hollow Farm.
