Police say after she yelled at him for smoking marijuana too close by, he put the woman in a headlock and choked her. While he\u2019s out he has been ordered to attend trade school, seek mental health treatment, and attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings, court records show. He is next due for a hearing on Aug. 21.<\/p>\n<p>When police arrested the man, he claimed the gun went off accidentally during a struggle and that the woman fired twice in the air to scare him off, according to court records.
