(Ditte Isager\/Voracious via AP)\r\n<\/div><span>Expand<\/span><\/div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Yield:<\/strong> Serves 4 to 6<\/p>\n<h4>INGREDIENTS<\/h4>\n<p>6 cups diced seeded watermelon<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 1 lemon<\/p> <div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2153 cup granulated sugar<\/p>\n<h4>DIRECTIONS<\/h4>\n<p>Combine the watermelon, lemon juice and sugar in a blender and puree on high speed for 1 minute. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Return to the freezer and continue checking and scraping every 30 minutes or so until the granita is completely frozen as beautiful flaky crystals. Serve in little bowls.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pamela Anderson, author of \u201cI Love You,\u201d is an actress, activist, and lifelong cook and homemaker.
