The boy was treated at a hospital and released. Police say the boy appeared to have eaten one square from the candy bar.<\/p>\n<p>The man told police he kept his psilocybin chocolate in a cupboard and that the boy would have had to have used a stepping stool to access it. That night he tried to rape her, police say<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The man was released from jail at a July 22 court appearance. He has been charged with felony child abuse.
