Friday is normally one of the biggest days during Comic-Con, and the halls and ballrooms at the San Diego Convention Center definitely shined bright with some of the most anticipated panels bringing out A-listers for a slew of big-name shows and films, from \u201cThe Walking Dead: Dead City\u201d to \u201cBlade Runner 2099.\u201d<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a peek at the celebrities at Comic-Con on Friday.<\/p>\n

Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer<\/h4>\n

Fans will need to wait until Nov. 25 to watch \u201cBlade Runner 2099,\u201d the sci-fi television miniseries created by Silka Luisa, whose most recent project was the Apple TV+ series \u201cShining Girls.\u201d But \u201cBlade Runner 2099,\u201d created for Amazon Prime Video, on Friday gave fans a sneak peek of what\u2019s to come, with Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer on hand for the Hall H crowd. Ridley Scott is one of the executive producers, with the main producing studio being Alcon Entertainment, which owns all the rights to all things \u201cBlade Runner.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rick Moranis and Daphne Zuniga<\/h4>\n

\u201cSpaceballs\u201d fans were all smiles Friday when the film\u2019s biggest stars came out to Comic-Con to promote the upcoming sequel, \u201cSpaceballs: The New One,\u201d set for an April 2027 release. Among the the stars in Hall H on Friday were Rick Moranis and Daphne Zuniga, who both starred in the 1987 flick, with Moranis as Lord Dark Helmet and Zuniga as Princess Vespa.<\/p>\n

Keke Palmer and Lewis Pullman<\/h4>\n

The \u201cSpaceballs\u201d Hall H panel Friday wasn\u2019t short on stars, for sure. Moranis and Zuniga were joined onstage by Keke Palmer and Lewis Pullman, son of actor Bill Pullman, one of the original cast members who\u2019s also returning in the sequel. The senior Pullman is reprising his role as Lone Starr.<\/p>\n

Josh Gad<\/h4>\n

The actor known for voicing famous characters such as Olaf in \u201cFrozen\u201d (and the upcoming \u201cFrozen 3\u201d) also joined the cast on stage for \u201cSpaceballs: The New One.\u201d Gad played the original Elder Cunningham in the Broadway show \u201cThe Book of Morman,\u201d and has a range of projects in post-production, according to IMBD, including \u201cThe Angry Birds Movie 3\u201d and the untitled \u201cOcean\u2019s\u201d prequel alongside Bradley Cooper.<\/p>\n

Eric Bogosian<\/h4>\n

Fans of \u201cThe Vampire Lestat\u201d got a big bite Friday when the AMC series brought out its biggest stars, including playwright and actor Eric Bogosian, who plays investigative journalist Daniel Molloy. He was joined onstage by Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman and Sheila Atim.<\/p>\n

Dave Franco<\/h4>\n

DreamWorks Animation\u2019s animated adventure comedy \u201cForgotten Island,\u201d set for Sept. 25 release, was hardly forgotten Friday when its stars, including Dave Franco, dropped by the San Diego Convention Center for a panel to talk about the film. He was joined by costars Liza Soberano and H.E.R., as well as writer-directors Joel Crawford and Manuel Mercado.<\/p>\n

Mason Thames<\/h4>\n

Talk about a surprise: Actor Mason Thames joined Green Day at Petco Park\u2019s Gallagher Square on Friday as part of Comic-Con, where Thames was on hand to promote the new film \u201cNimrods,\u201d about a band that causes \u201cmayhem and mischief as they race to Los Angeles to open for Green Day on New Year\u2019s Eve.\u201d<\/p>\n

H.E.R.<\/h4>\n

R&B singer-songwriter H.E.R. \u2014 aka Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson \u2014 joined \u201cForgotten Island\u201d costars Liza Soberano and Dave Franco for appearances at Comic-Con on Friday, including a panel where they talked about the mystical animated film. They were also seen on the convention floor.<\/p>\n

Kyle Chandler<\/h4>\n

Coach Eric Taylor was in the house Friday when actor Kyle Chandler dropped by Comic-Con to attend a panel for \u201cLanterns,\u201d the DC Studios series set to premiere on HBO and HBO Max on Aug. 16. Chandler steps into the DC universe in the HBO-produced series in which he plays Hal Jordan.<\/p>\n

Nathan Fillion<\/h4>\n

Let\u2019s just say \u201cLanterns\u201d is the DC series that just keeps on giving. Also on hand Friday was sci-fi favorite Nathan Fillion, who made a surprise appearance at the panel, saying he must have been left off the email list. In the new \u201cLanterns\u201d series, Fillion plays Guy Gardner.<\/p>\n

David Giuntoli<\/h4>\n

Fans of the NBC hit \u201cGrimm\u201d definitely got their \u201cGrimm\u201d fix Friday when the cast, led by David Giuntoli, gathered for what was billed as a \u201cGrimm: 15th Anniversary Reunion.\u201d The American actor portrayed Det. Nick Burkhardt in the NBC supernatural drama, which ran from 2011 to 2017. He was joined onstage by fellow cast members, including his real-life spouse, Elizabeth Bitsie Tulloch, the female lead on the show.<\/p>\n

BINI<\/h4>\n

The eight members of the Filipina pop girl group BINI made multiple appearances at Comic-Con Friday, including the San Diego Convention Center and Arcade Monsters. The group also stopped by the \u2018Forgotten Island\u2019 panel to perform \u201cA Parallel World.\u201d<\/p>\n
