All but one would be affordable, with a manager\u2019s unit offered at market-rate prices.<\/p>\n<p>Some residents and community groups wrote letters of support to city officials ahead of a Sunnyvale Planning Commission meeting on July 13 to discuss the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs an infill site, 295 South Mathilda will assist the city by better utilizing an old and unused commercial space,\u201d the Greenbelt Alliance wrote in a July 7 letter.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nextcitydigest.com\/?p=4534\">Letters: There are no reliable substitutes yet for landlines<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The community organization said as part of the project\u2019s affordability components, MidPen Housing intends to set aside 25% of the units as apartments for previously unhoused individuals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreenbelt Alliance believes the 295 S.
