He posted $3,000 bail and was released from jail the same day of his arrest, according to Contra Costa jail records.<\/p>\n<p>No criminal charges had been filed against Singh as of Wednesday, court records show.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest record doesn\u2019t say what time Singh was arrested. Public payroll records say he was hired by the DA\u2019s office that same year.
