The two victims were transported to a local hospital, where the unresponsive victim later died, authorities said. Authorities are investigating the shooting as a homicide, the sheriff\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office reportedly identified 35-year-old Avery Alexander Gibbs, who is a transient man, as the suspected shooter, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGibbs should not be approached and anyone seeing him should call 9-1-1,\u201d the news release said.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/nextcitydigest.com\/?p=3720\">Aboard Alameda\u2019s USS Hornet, 76 immigrants become U.S. citizens ahead of America\u2019s 250th birthday<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Authorities did not release details of the surviving victim\u2019s condition.
