Six Flags Discovery Kingdom\u00a0in Vallejo was\u00a0closed\u00a0Saturday\u00a0due to\u00a0an unexpected power outage.<\/p>\n

The 135-acre theme park said the outage was being resolved but the park would remain closed Saturday, in a social media post just before 8 a.m. The park said it would provide an update on Sunday\u2019s operation when available.<\/p>\n

The outage was reported at 2:17 a.m., according to PG&E, which said its crews found \u201cthird-party damage\u201d upon inspection.<\/p>\n

Crews were still working to restore power around 11 a.m. and the utility estimated Saturday that power would be restored by 8 p.m.<\/p>\n

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom said tickets for Saturday\u2019s admission would be valid on another day during the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,\u201d Six Flags\u2019 management wrote in the social media post.<\/p>\n
