The German performer is charged with misdemeanor battery in connection with the incident that occurred last month. He was arrested Wednesday after surrendering to authorities.<\/p>\n<p>His defense attorney filed a motion Thursday asking that Kaiser be allowed to travel over state lines while the case is being resolved.
