Three people were injured when their fishing boat ran aground near the north side of Golden Gate Bridge early Thursday morning.

Around 6 a.m., Coast Guard personnel along with Marin County, Southern Marin and Tiburon firefighters responded to a call about the 22-foot vessel, which was stuck at Lime Point. The boat was disabled and taking in water, according to the Southern Marin Fire Protection District.
A Coast Guard crew rescued the boaters. One boater was in cardiac arrest, the fire district said. All of the occupants were treated and sent to a hospital.

The Coast Guard is investigating the crash.
The bridge itself sustained no damage, said Paolo Cosulich-Schwartz, communications director for the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District.
